Quote chip_SB: I had a great time and squeezed so much in during my short visit this weekend. It was well worth the $150 plane ticket and I’m glad to have finally met some fellow members of Nikeskateboarding.org. I don’t remember everbody’s name from SoCal, I apologize but I guess its a testament to how deep you guys roll out to support the local shoe game community. Thank you for including me at the table, I had a great time socializing with all of you. I am also glad that some fellow Bay Area Peeps rolled down as well, Chris, Jen, and Tony and I’m sure they had a great time as well. (jen your cookies were great!!!)
Gary and Curtis did another fine job, thank you for doing what you do. I actually enjoyed the MC, he was crass and in your face kinda, it reminded me of the East Coast. He was giving great deals on T-shirts too! You could tell my Man was working his ass off too, he was sweating hard. Not sure if you saw the dude with the t-shirt “SB’s = gay men!” I couldn’t let that go with at least telling him his shirt sucked. I wasn’t trying to fight the dude, I should have thanked him for contribuiting his money to enter the event. We all know there wouldn’t be a dunkxchange if Nike wasn’t making SB’s. Needless to say, Sb’s are one of the most copied and faked shoes on Earth. Just facts homey incase you’re reading this.
Big ups to my David for letting me crash at his pad this weekend, another round of UPS to Chris and Jen for driving down my kicks this weekend, and ultra UPS to TR2THE for serving our Country. Thank you!
