From member ic3dan63l – “I would like to introduce you guys to this project my friend’s cousin is starting. As of right now this non-profit project is just aimed to help my homies little brother, Aryon Yasumura, pay his medical bills as he had just survived from Hepatablastoma Cancer by these shirts. This is just a small project for now they hope to be able to
reach out to more people in the future. ”
At only 8 months of age, Ayron Yasumura was diagnosed with Hepatablastoma cancer, which is a rare, 1 in a million type of cancer. He is currently in his 7th year remission, but is now slightly autistic. I was inspired by Ayron because I realized that many of us take our lives for granted. We do not realize the opportunities we have, and we settle and take life for what it is. As we grow older we forget how to dream and we lose sight of our true happiness. I have many dreams and goals that I want to accomplish, whether it be designing t-shirts, making music, or producing videos. Through Ayron’s inspiration, this is where I begin my pursuit of happiness. Using my graphic design and web design background, I decided to start this fundraiser with a few of my friends to start turning our dreams into reality. The concept behind everything we are doing, is to spread the idea that we are never too old to dream and that there is no limit to how big your dreams are. Because of Ayron’s inspiration, all proceeds from this project will be going to the Yasumura family to assist them in any way we can, to help Ayron follow his dreams.
